Essential Oils are the volatile liquids that are distilled from plants (seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, fruit etc). There are plenty of essential oils being sold, however most are of poor quality, synthetically produced and diluted with alcohol and other additives. To be effective only 100% pure therapeutic grade quality essential oils must be used, otherwise you will not obtain the health benefits.
